The agreement, in plain English.
Six things to know before you sign. Full Terms of Service linked at the bottom — written without legalese where we could help it.
Account security
You're responsible for keeping account credentials safe and notifying us immediately of unauthorized access. Activity under your account is your responsibility — which is why we support SSO and MFA on every tier.
License and acceptable use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business compliance program. You agree not to use it for unlawful activity, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to bypass tenant isolation. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.
Your data, your evidence
Customer data is yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the platform and don't train AI models on it. Data is exportable on request and during the 30-day post-termination window. Soft-deleted audit records preserve compliance integrity.
Compliance and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the contracting jurisdiction (specified in your order form). We try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation first; binding arbitration applies if that doesn't work.
Subscription and billing
Subscription fees are billed annually in advance per the order form. Annual price increase is capped at signing — no renewal sticker shock. Late payments may result in temporary suspension; we'll always notify before suspending.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order-form notice period. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days. Sections covering confidentiality, IP, indemnification, and limitations of liability survive termination.
This summary doesn't replace the full agreement.
The full Terms of Service is the binding document. We've written this summary to make the spirit of the agreement scannable in two minutes — but if it conflicts with the full Terms, the full Terms govern.
