Answers are drafted from your own records. The engine maps each question to your internal controls and policies, retrieves the related evidence, and writes a draft that cites those sources. Retrieval is scoped to your organization, so drafts do not draw on another company's data. Each draft carries a confidence score that tells the reviewer where to look closely.
Does a person review the AI-drafted answers before they go out?
Yes. Every draft goes to a reviewer who approves, edits, or rejects it before the questionnaire is exported, and the reviewer's decision always overrides the AI score. Each change is logged, which gives you a record of who approved each answer if a customer later asks how a response was produced.
What does the confidence score on an answer mean?
The confidence score indicates how well a drafted answer is supported by your controls, policies, and evidence.
